Tech Pickup
We understand this is a challenging time for everyone and we appreciate your continued support as we launch our distance learning opportunities.  Our goal is to ensure all NLPS students have the hardware necessary to engage in distance learning by distributing iPads to students in grades K-2 and Chromebooks to students in grades 3-12.  If you need a device for your child, it can be picked up at their school.  Distribution for students in grades 6-12 will occur on Thursday, March 26, 2020 from 9:00AM – 1:00PM.  Distribution for K-5 will be on Friday, March 27, 2020 from 8:00AM – 2:00PM. ALTERNATIVE DAY FOR PICKUP WILL BE MARCH 31st between 3:30-5:30pm

If parents have multiple students in the same school, they can pick up all devices during the first time slot they attend.  If students are in different schools, parents will need to report to their child’s specific school. You will need to provide identifiable information (from your PowerSchool account) to attain a device.  This will not require an ID.  At pick up, we will have information on how to locate and access Wi-Fi in the community, or you can find that information on our website HERE.  All devices are expected to be returned to school by the last day of distance learning.  All NLPS technology policy expectations are to be adhered to while using your device.  If you need more information about appropriate technology use, please click here to review the policy.
