Thank you for stopping by to visit our page! I am the Human Resources Specialist for New London Public Schools. I have enjoyed working for the district for almost a decade. During my time at New London Public Schools, I have had the pleasure of meeting many parents, students and community members of whom I consider very dear to my heart.
My focus in the Human Resources Office varies since we are a small department. Some of my responsibilities are: manage the pre-employment process, on-boarding and off-boarding of employees, oversee the management of certification for the district, manage tuition reimbursement and degree changes for the district, verification of employment, manage TRB for the district, assist with the district recruiting, manage Applitrack – the district’s recruiting software, support the new hire orientation, organize and manage Teacher/Staff Appreciation Week, oversee the process of the substitute applicants, and manage the Hybrid Substitutes.
I received my associate’s degree in Business Administration from Fisher College, and a bachelor’s degree also in Business Administration from Bryant University. I am a member of several professional organizations including Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Connecticut Public Employers Labor Relations Association (ConnPELRA)

I am the benefits specialist for New London Public Schools. I am responsible for insurance, worker’s compensation, unemployment, retirement, leave of absences, and sick bank MOAs. I received my bachelor’s degree in Management and Human Resources at Central Connecticut State University and have enjoyed working in the field of Human Resources since then.
